Strawberry n Jello Cream Cheese Delight
Ingredients for the first layer:
10 cookies crushed into very tiny pieces to almost like powder.
A third cup melted butter.
Mix together.
Then place in each serving bowl and press firmly to level the mixture.
Ingredients for second layer:
..One packet jello powder mix with one cup hot water.
..1 cup cream cheese
..1 can thick kishta cream
..2 tbsp sugar
In a blender mix these ingredients including the jello liquid and blend until smooth.
Now pour on top of the cookies mixture that’s in individual bowls to form a second layer.
Ingredients for the third layer.
Strawberries cut into tiny bite size pieces.
Place the strawberry pieces on the bowls as a third layer.
Ingredients for the fourth layer:
2 packets jelly powder mix and two cups hot water, mix well then add half cup cold water and mix. Or you can follow the instructions on the jello box to make the jelly.
Pour the liquid jelly on the dessert bowls as a fourth layer and refrigerate until it sets and is cold.
