Bread Gulab Jamuns
6 slices of bread
Half cup milk

Cut the bread crusts and use them for something else.
Now tear the crustless slices into small pieces using your fingers, as small as you can get them.
Now add milk to the bread and knead until smooth.
Make small balls and deep fry the balls, turning them constantly until golden or brown in colour.
When ready remove the balls and dip them into a bowl of syrup.
Let the balls soak the syrup at room temperature for a few minutes then place them in the fridge.
