Banoffee Pie Cups

Banoffee Pie Cups
150 grams digestive cookies..crushed
A quarter cup melted butter
1can dulce de leche
2 bananas..sliced
Whipped cream I used the can whipped cream but you can make your own.
Shaved chocolate

In a bowl mix the melted butter with the crushed cookies and mix well.
Place the dulce de leche in a piping bag.
If you are making your own whipped cream also place it in a piping bag.
Now start layering your dessert cups by placing some cookie/butter mixture.
Press the layer gently with the back of a wooden spoon.
Next add some dulce de leche, you can spread it evenly if desired.
Next add some banana slices followed by dulce de leche then the cookie/ butter mixture.
You can do as many layers as you want or you can stop at two layers of each.
Finally top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Place the banoffee pie cups in the fridge until ready to serve.
