5 cups flour
3 n a quarter cup warm milk
A quarter cup milk powder
A quarter cup sugar
A quarter tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
In a mixer, add everything and mix well.
Form the dough into balls and cover.
Let the balls rise.
Now mix yoghurt with date syrup..this step is optionsl but it adds taste.
Apply the mixture on the balls and press each ball with your fingers to form a flatbread shape. If you don’t have date syrup you can add honey to the yoghurt or just use vanilla yoghurt instead or skip the whole yoghurt process and use oil to flatten the bread.
Place the flattened bread in a baking sheet and ake at 375 until golden in colour and until the breads are cooked.
