Hot Milk Cake

Hot Milk Cake
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla sugar
Half cup sugar
A quarter cup oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
A quarter tsp salt
Half cup milk
A quarter cup butter

Method:
In a pot add the milk and butter and place it on stove and cook until the butter melts and the milk is hot but hasn’t come to a boiling point, then remove from the stove and keep aside.
In a bowl add the eggs and beat using a whisk.
Beat the eggs for a few minutes then add the vanilla sugar and sugar and continue beating.
Then add the oil and mix.
Next add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
Finally add the milk/ butter mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Then remove from the pan and sprinkle with some icing sugar.
The cake is ready to be served.
