Chicken Tenders
Chicken breast cut lengthwise.
Ground black pepper
Lemon pepper salt
Garlic powder

Marinate the chicken breast with all the above ingredients.
You also need:
Dry oregano
Ground black pepper
Lemon Pepper salt
Cumin powder
Chili flakes
Mix all these spices with the flour.
Divide the flour mixture into two.
Mix one portion of the flour with water and 1 egg to make a paste with medium consistency.
Now take your chicken breast one at a time and dip it in the flour paste then into the dry flour mixture then deep fry it.
Continue cooking the rest of the chicken breast following the same method.
The dry flour mixture gets clumpy so you might need to make a new batch depending on how much chicken breast you use.
Cook the chicken until it’s crispy and golden brown and the chicken is well cooked.
Serve the chicken with your favourite sauces.
