Apple Cake

Apple cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
1 packet vanilla sugar
Half cup sugar
Half cup melted butter
1cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
For the topping:
3 apples
Lemon juice
Tablespoon sugar
Table spoon butter

Method:
In a mixer, add the eggs sugar, baking powder and mix well until light and fluffy.
Next add the vanilla sugar, salt, melted butter and continue to mix.
Then add the flour and mix.
Now peel the apples and remove the core and seed.
Splash the apples with lemon juice then slice them.
Place the cake batter in a prepared baking pan( grease the pan with margarine or butter and put parchment paper at the bottom and grease the parchment paper as well).
Now arrange the sliced apples on top of the cake batter.
Then take the one tablespoon of sugar and sprinkle on top of the apples and cake batter.
Next take tablespoon of margarine and randomly drop bits of it over the apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
When ready remove from the oven and let it cool.
Then dust with icing sugar.
