Okra/Mabinda

Ingredients:
Okra/lady fingers.. wash and cut into pieces
Carrots..grate, wash and cube the carrots
Potatoes..peeled, washed and cubed
In a pan, add oil and heat up the oil.
Once the oil is somewhat hot, fry the above ingredients, one after the other and keep them aside.

You also need:
onion (diced)
tomato (diced)
Coriander (chopped)
Salt
Curry powder
Add oil to a pan and fry the onion, then add the tomato and continue cooking.
Next add all the fried vegetables, followed by the curry powder and salt.
After turning off the stove add the coriander to the vegetables.
The amount of ingredients you add is entirely up to you.
