Lotus Biscoff Layered Dessert
Ingredients:
Whipping
Lotus biscoff spread..melted
Lotus biscoff cookies…crushed.
Pieces of cake or broken cookies.. I used my home made lotus biscoff cake.

Method:
Beat the whipping cream until firm and fluffy then add some sugar and continue mixing then add the melted lotus biscoff spread and mix well.
In a serving glass or bowl, add some of the cake pieces followed by some melted lotus biscoff spread followed by the whipped cream followed by the crushed cookies and drizzle the melted lotus biscoff spread over the top. You can make it in two layers following the same process.
You can also make it in one large container instead of using single serving glasses.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
