Mango Custard

4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp custard powder
8 tbsp water
2 tablespoons mango pulp, optional
Ripe mango cut into cubes

In a pot, add the milk and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the water to the custard powder and mix well. Once the milk comes to a boil, pour in the custard powder mixture, a little at a time, stirring constantly to avoid any lumps. After adding the custard, continue cooking for a few minutes, stirring constantly and then remove from the stove. Let it cool a little then add the mango pulp and 2 to 3 tbsp mango cubes and mix well.
Pour the custard in a serving bowl or individual bowls and garnish with mango pulp n mango cubes.
Place it in the fridge and serve cold!
