Mango Mousse

Mango Mousse
2 and a quarter cups whipping cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
12 tbsp Mango pulp
Extra mango pulp for serving
Diced ripe Mangoes

In a mixer, add the whipping cream and the icing sugar.
Mix until it forms a steady soft peak then add the 12 tbsp mango pulp and continue mixing until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Place the cream mixture in a piping bag.
In serving glasses, add some mango pulp then pipe in the cream mixture.
Top with more mango pulp and the diced mangoes.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
