Caramel Sauce

Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
1and a half cups half and half cream
2 tbsp Nido milk powder
Half cup butter or margarine, I used becel brand margarine for this recipe.
A quarter tsp salt
Method:
In a pot, add the margarine, brown sugar and salt and mix.
Place the pot on a medium heat stove and stir constantly.
Then immediately add the cream and the milk powder and mix constantly.
The mixture will start to bubble up keep stirring constantly until the desired thickness is reached.
To check the thickness you want, just remove the pot from the stove and let the bubbles cool down then take a spoon and check the thickness.
**Keep in mind when cooled the caramel will thicken some more.
Use the caramel in your favourite desserts.
Place any leftover caramel in an airtight container like a mason jar then place the jar in the fridge for later use.
You can always warm it up in the microwave to make it more drizzle-able.
**Nido Milk is optional but it adds alot of flavour.
Enjoy!
