Egg Dipped Beef Kababs
2 lbs minced Meat
2 eggs
Ground black pepper
Cumin powder
Ginger garlic paste
3 to 4 tbsp bread crumbs

In a bowl, add everything and mix well.
The amount of breadcrumbs you add will depend on how wet your mixture is, you don’t want your mixture to be too wet or too dry, so add accordingly.
Next form into kabab shapes.
You also need a beaten egg for dipping the Kababs.
Now take each kabab and dip into a beaten egg and deep fry the kabab.
Cook until the Kababs are well cooked.
Remove from the stove and serve with chutneys or lemon wedges.
