Cubed chicken breast or you can use any chicken pieces.
Oil for sauteing
In a pot, add the oil and cook the chicken.
Next add the carrots, celery and onions and continue cooking mixing well.
Next add the spices and mix.
Then add the remaining ingredients along with the stock.
Add enough stock to cover the ingredients, you can use water if you don’t have vegetable stock.
You can also use chicken stock if you want.
The amount of stock will determine how much soup you have so add according to your needs.
Let it simmer and cook until everything is well cooked.
