Custard Falooda Hot Drink

Custard Falooda:
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp custard powder mixed in some water to make paste.
2 tbs sweet basil seeds also known as takmaria soaked in 1 cup hot water..soak while you prepare your ingredients.
A pinch of saffron

In a pot add the milk, sugar, saffron and cook on a medium heat stove.
Once the milk comes to a boil, add the custard mixture stirring constantly.
Next add the soaked takmaria which will now be all puffed up. Turn the stove off and cook on whatever heat is left.
Mix well and taste for sugar. If thick you can dilute it with milk to suit your taste.
You can serve it warm, hot or cold.
When serving top with saffron and the soaked takmaria.
