Vegetable Soup

Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
Chopped onion
Cubed carrots
Diced celery
Oil for sauteing
Cubed potatoes
Corn kernels
Peas
Dried oregano
Dried thyme
Salt
Ground black pepper
Vegetable broth

Method:
In a pot, add some oil and cook the onions, celery and carrots for a few minutes then add the potatoes and spices.
Cook for a few minutes then add the remaining ingredients with the vegetable broth or water.
You can add the ingredients in any amount to suit your taste.
Cook the soup until the vegetables are soft and there’s desired amount of liquid left.
Serve hot or warm.
