Sweet Sriracha Chicken

Sweet Sriracha Chicken
4 chicken breasts cut into cubes
A third cup corn starch
1 egg
Curry powder
Ground cumin
Lemon pepper salt..optional
Chili flakes
Lemon juice
A third cup oil

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients and deep fry the chicken until crispy and well cooked.Remove from the stove when cooked.
In a frying pan, add some oil like a quarter cup, ketchup, diana sauce (optional) and sriracha sauce and cook until the sauce starts to thicken then add the chicken and mix well until the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
Place in a serving and garnish with green chilies and lemon wedges.
