Coconut n Coriander Naan

Coconut n Coriander Naan
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 and a quarter coconut milk
A quarter teaspoon salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp sour cream..optional
A quarter tsp ground black pepper
Chopped coriander

In a mixer, add all the ingredients except the coconut milk. Now add the coconut milk and continue to mix.
Knead well until you get a soft dough or somewhat sticky dough. Please note that the dough should not be hard, it should either be soft or a bit sticky. If it’s hard then maybe add some more coconut milk and knead some more.
Now divide the dough into balls and let them rise.
When risen, take each ball and roll it out like a chapati to your desired thickness.
Now place a frying on a stove and cook the naans until both sides are cooked. You can add some ghee when cooking the naans.
Serve them with tea or as a side dish or as a snack.
