Ginger Tea

Ginger Tea
Ingredients:
Water
Tea bags
Fresh ginger..peeled and cut
Milk
Sugar to taste
Method:
In a pot, add some water, if making 1 cup of tea, add one third cup water. To the water, add the tea bag or bags depending on how strong you want it and the ginger and sugar.
Bring to a boil and then add the milk.
Cook and stir once in a while until it boils, then simmer for a few minutes until the desired colour is reached.
Sieve and serve hot or warm.
