Honey Lemon Chicken
Chicken thighs
Italian seasoning or any seasoning available to you other than tandoori masala.
Dried oregano
Dried parsley
Lemon pepper salt

Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes then bake at 350 degrees until the chicken is well done and there is little liquid left.
When the chicken is about 95% done add lemon slices and brush some more honey on the almost done chicken.
Continue baking until the chicken is well done.
The reason I add the lemon slices at the end is so that the lemon slices get bitter sometimes when cooked for a long time and so that they don’t burn.
Serve the chicken as a side to any dish.
You can add the ingredients in any amount to suit your taste.
