(Black Coffee)
Ingredients:
Water
Ground coffee
Ground cardamom
Ginger powder
Method:
In a pot, add the water and spices and bring to a boil.
When it comes to a boil, add the ground coffee and turn the stove off.
Let the coffee simmer on whatever heat is left from the turned off stove.
Sieve and serve.
Please note, the strength of the coffee will depend on how much ground coffee you add.
