Ground espresso coffee
Lotus Biscoff Spread
Make the espresso coffee using the packet’s instructions.
In a pot, warm the milk but don’t bring it to a boil. Turn the stove off and use a frother to froth the milk.
In a cup, add about 1 tsp or more of the spread and then add the hot sieved espresso coffee and top with the frothed milk. Garnish with ground lotus cookies.
You can add sugar to taste if you want.
