Salmon pieces with or without bones
Carrots..cut into cubes
Ground black pepper
Oil for sauteing
In a pot, add some oil and cook the onions until soft.
Next add the tomatoes and cook until soft then add all the spices along with the carrots and the frozen vegetables. Cook for a minute or so then add enough water to cover the vegetables and bring to a boil.
Let it simmer for a few minutes then add the salmon. Cover and let it cook, if needed add some more water. Cook until everything is well cooked and you have got the desired amount of soup broth.
Serve hot or warm.
For the frozen vegetables, you can use fresh ones instead.
