Prepare the taco shells according to the packet’s instructions.
For the shrimp..
Ground black pepper
Oil for sauteing
In a pan, add everything and cook stirring occasionally until the shrimp is well cooked and no liquid is left. Remove from the stove and keep aside.
For the guacamole…
Half of a small onion..cubed
Half of a tomato..cubed
Peel the avocado and throw away the peel n seed.
In a bowl, add the avocado along with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Keep aside.
For the topping:
Seasoned boiled corn kernels
Fill in the taco shells with shrimp followed by the chopped vegetables mentioned above followed by guacamole n top with cheese.
Serve with a side of lemon wedges.
