Masala Chai

Masala Chai
A third cup water
1Tea bag
Sugar to taste
1 clove
A pinch of ginger powder
A pinch of cardamom powder
1 small cinnamon stick
1 cup milk

In a pot, add the water, tea bag, sugar and the spices.
Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for a minute.
Then add the milk and let it come to a boil.
After it boils, let it simmer for a few minutes until the desired colour is reached.
If you like you can increase the amount of spices and teabag to suit your needs. The recipe is an estimation for 1 cup or mug, if making large quantity you will need to increase the amount of ingredients.
Sieve the tea when ready n serve hot.
