Chickpeas Curry (Borohowa la Nazi)

Borohowa la Chana
(Chickpeas Curry)
Boiled chickpeas
Diced onions
Chopped tomato
Ginger/garlic paste
Curry powder
Turmeric powder
Coconut milk

In a pot, add everything except the coconut milk. Next cover with water then bring to a boil. Let it simmer until the water reduces.
Next add the coconut milk and cook on low for a few minutes.
Blend the mixture using an immersion blender, then let the mixture continue to simmer for a few minutes until the desired thickness is reached.
Remove from the stove and serve with rice or bread.
