Cashew Chicken Curry

Cashew Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
Salt
Lemon pepper
Paprika
2 tbsp oil
2 chicken breast cut into pieces
Marinate the chicken in above spices and bake or cook on stovetop
until the chicken is cooked. Keep aside.

You also need:
1 and a half cups crushed tomatoes.
Salt
A third cup cashew paste (just blend water and cashew)
Cumin powder
Curry powder
Oil for sauteeing
Oregano
Chili flakes
Coriander powder

Method:
In a pot, add everything and cook until the sauce is well cooked.
Add the cooked chicken and simmer for a few minutes.
When ready remove from the stove and top with chopped coriander if desired.
Serve with breads or rice.
