Chana Masala
Ingredients:
Boiled chick peas
Crushed tomatoes
Salt
Cumin powder
Curry powder
Turmeric powder
You can add any spices you want.
You can even use ready made Chana spices.
Lemon juice
Method.
In a pot, add the crushed tomatoes and all the spices.
Cook on medium heat stirring occasionally.
Next add the chick peas and some water. Mix well and cook on low until the desired thickness is reached.
Finally add the lemon juice and cook for a minute or two.
If desired you can add chopped coriander.
Serve with rice or breads.
