Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
One and three quarter cups flour
One and a half tsp baking
One and a half tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Three quarter cups cocoa powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Half cup vegetable oil
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 cup boiling water

In a mixer, add sugar, flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
Next, add the milk, oil, eggs and vanilla sugar and mix well.
Then finally add the boiling water and mix well.
The batter will be somewhat thin.
Divide the batter into two and pour the batter in prepared (greased) cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool the cake before decorating.
For the Chocolate icing…
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
Half cup cocoa
Two and two thirds icing sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
A quarter cup milk
In a mixer, add the butter, vanilla sugar and mix until fluffy.
Next mix the icing sugar with the cocoa.
Then add the cocoa/ icing mixture in the mixer with the butter. But add in parts mixing well after each addition.
Then add the milk in parts mixing well after each addition until you get the consistency you want.
Decorate your cooled cake with the icing n ganache.
