Quick n Easy Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
One and a half cups butter
Three quarter cups icing sugar
2 cups flour
Three quarter cups corn starch
1 packet vanilla sugar
A quarter tsp salt
Method:
In a mixer, add the butter and icing sugar. Mix until fluffy.
Next add vanilla sugar and salt and mix well.
Next add the cornstarch and flour in parts, mixing well after each addition.
Then form the dough into balls.
Place the balls on a cookie sheet giving them space to expand.
Press lightly on the cookies using a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 13 to 15 minutes.
When ready, let the cookies cool before removing from the baking sheet.
