Oil for sauteing
Garlic/ ginger paste
Lemon pepper salt
Cubed boiled potatoes
Cook the Kima with spices that you like and some.
Once fully cooked keep aside.
In a pot, add the oil, tomatoes , spices and cook.
Next add the cooked keema and continue cooking.
Then add the peas and potatoes and continue to cook occasionally stirring so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
When the curry is ready, add the chopped dania/ coriander.
Serve with rice, pasta or breads
