Melt in Your Mouth Cookies


1 cup butter

Half a cup icing sugar

Half a cup corn starch

One and a quarter cup flour 

Vanilla sugar


In a mixer, add the butter, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mix until light and fluffy.

In another bowl, add the flour and corn starch and mix well.

Then add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.

Add the flour mixture in parts mixing well after each addition.

The dough should have a soft texture.

Next cover the dough and refrigerate for about half an hour.

Next, shape the dough in equal balls and press the balls gently with a fork to make shapes.

Place them in a baking sheet leaving enough space between the balls.

Bake at 350 degrees oven for about 9 to 12 minutes.

Let the cookies rest before removing them from the sheet.
