Brownies cut into little pieces
1 cup Whipping cream
Three quarter cup cream cheese
2 to 3 tablespoons icing sugar depending on how sweet you like it
In a mixer add the whipping cream and whip until it starts to firm up.
Then add the icing sugar and continue to whip until firm. Do not over whip.
Next add the cream cheese and continue mixing until the cream cheese is well mixed with the whipped cream.
Now put the mixture in a piping bag and pipe out the cream into a serving bowl then add the brownie pieces and finally top with more whipped cream. Decorate the top with a bronze piece. You can serve in individual bowls or in one bowl.
Put the bowls in the fridge and serve cold.
