Shakshouka

Ingredients:

Eggs

Cooked hotdogs/sausages.. 

cut them into small pieces

Pasta sauce

Oil

Salt

Boiled corn kernels

Fried cubed potatoes

Cubed onion

Coriander

Method:

In a shallow pan, add the oil, then add the pasta sauce and cook.

Next add the hotdogs and potatoes and mix well.

Then add the remaining. Ingredients except eggs.

Mix well and then make some dents and add eggs.

Cook covered and on low heat until the eggs are cooked to your perfection.

Do no stir after adding the eggs, so it’s important to cook on low after adding the eggs.

The quantity of each ingredient can be added according to your own preference.

Serve with breads.
