4 cups flour
2 tablespoons yeast
Half teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Margarine or butter
One and a half cups warm milk
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
In a mixer, add everything except milk.
Mix well, then add milk in parts while continuing to mix until you get a soft dough.
If the dough is soft and there’s milk left, don’t add it.
Form the dough into a ball, cover it and let it rest.
Once the dough is risen divide it into equal parts.
I baked them in a greased mini loaf pan but you can shape them any way you want.
Once shaped, let them rise again.
Then brush the top of the balls with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top if desired.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the buns are well baked.
