Sweet Flatbread

Sweet Flatbread
5 cups flour
3 table spoons margarine
One and a half table spoon yeast
Half teaspoon salt
5 tablespoon sugar
One packet vanilla sugar
One cup of warm milk
Two eggs
2 table spoon oil

In a mixer, add everything except milk and oil.
Mix well.
Next add the milk and continue mixing until you get a soft dough.
Add the oil and mix for a few minutes.
Form the dough in to a ball and let it rest.
Once risen, divide the dough into 6 balls. Cover and let the balls rise.
Once risen, roll out each ball to desired thickness keeping in mind it will puff up when cooked.
Next mix melted butter with some yellow food colour and apply on top of rolled out ball. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and black seeds.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven until cooked and golden in colour.
