Soft Buns

Soft Buns
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons yeast
Half teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Margarine or butter
1 egg
One and a half cups warm milk
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar

In a mixer, add everything except milk.
Mix well, then add milk in parts while continuing to mix until you get a soft dough.
If the dough is soft and there’s milk left, don’t add it.
Form the dough into a ball, cover it and let it rest.
Once the dough is risen divide it into 20 balls (or more or less, depending on the size of buns you want).
Place the balls in a greased pan, cover and let the balls rest.
Once risen, brush the top of the balls with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top if desired.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the buns are well baked.
