Cheesy Bread

3 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon yeast
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
A quarter cup vegetable oil
1cup warm water or warm milk
Grated cheese for topping the bread.

In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water and the grated cheese.
Mix until well combined.
Add the water and continue kneading until you get a soft dough.
Form the dough into a ball and place the ball.
Take a baking sheet and place a parchment paper.
Grease the parchment paper and place the dough ball in the middle.
Cover and the dough ball rest and rise.
Once risen, gently make cuts lengthwise, then turn the sheet the other side and make cuts.
The cuts should look like the ones in the picture.
Brush the dough ball with garlic and herb butter, then add a little of the grated cheese.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the bread has turned to golden colour.
Turn the oven off.
Top the bread with the remaining cheese and leave it in the oven that you turned off and let the remaining heat melt off the cheese.
Once the cheese is melted, remove from the oven.
The cheesy bread is ready at this point.
…For Garlic n herb butter, I used a store bought one, but you can add any herb you like with crushed garlic to melted butter, mix well.
