Meat Cuppies
2 lbs minced meat
4 eggs
Ground coriander
Ground black pepper
Ground cumin
Chilli flakes
Curry powder
Garlic powder
Ginger/garlic paste
Lemon pepper salt

Mix all the ingredients.
Grease a cupcake pan and scoop the meat mixture into the cupcake pan holes.
Using the back of a spoon, pat the mixture into the holes to evenly smooth the meat cuppies.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the mixture is well cooked.
Remove the cuppies once they are cooked and let them rest before decorating them.
I decorated my meat cuppies with homemade mashed potatoes. Place your mashed potatoes in a piping bag with a star tip at the end. Pipe your mashed potatoes on the meat cuppies and I sprinkled dry dill on the mashed potatoes.
*Tip: Don’t make your mashed potatoes too thick if you are going to use a piping bag.
Serve them hot or warm.
