Cream Cheese Puff
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
Mix water and sugar and cook until it become sticky.
Let the syrup cool.

For the dough:
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp yoghurt
3/4 cup to 1 cup warm milk.
Mix everything except milk, then add the milk a little at a time until you reach 3/4 cup, check the dough to see if it is soft, if it is hard add the remaining milk, if it is soft then don’t add any more milk.
Once the dough is soft, form it into a ball shape and let it rise.
Once risen cut into small balls and then take each ball and press it flat just a little bit, then place a piece of cream cheese and close the ball.
Repeat with all the other balls and then place them in a baking sheet close together.
Bake them at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
If they are well cooked and did not turn golden colour, turn on the broil and let them turn to golden colour, then turn off the oven and remove them from the oven.
Let them cool for a few minutes, then coat them with cooked sugar syrup.
