Saucy n Plain Fried Chicken


  • 1 table Corn starch
  • 1 cup flour
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika
  • Ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Chili-flakes
  • Chicken


Coat the chicken with the above ingredients and deep fry until cooked. Plain chicken is ready at this point. For the saucy chickenIn a karai add ketchup, hot sauce, Diana sauce or any other sweet sauce. Cook the sauces until they are well mixed together then add the chicken and coat the sauce well with the chicken (this should be done on low or medium heat until there is little or no sauce left on the karai. enjoy!!
