1 mug rice equivalent to 2 cups…soak for two days changing water everyday.
A quarter cup flour
Half cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon yeast
Half to three quarter mug  water. Same mug as the rice.
3/4 (three quarter) cup coconut powder.

After soaking the rice for two days, wash and drain away the water.
Now add the rice and every ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in a container, cover and let it rise.
Once risen, mix gently.
Now take a small frying pan and place it on a medium heat stove and cook the vibibis. Watch my video for more detailed instructions on how to cook them.
Serve with tea.
