Sweet and Spicy Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Hot sauce
Honey garlic sauce
Ketchup
Garlic powder
Butter.. about 2 tablespoons
Salt

Method:
Cut the cauliflower into medium size florets then wash and pat dry the florets.
In a bowl beat the eggs.
Now dip the cauliflower florets into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs and place in a baking tray.
Repeat the process with the remaining florets.
Bake the cauliflower florets in a 450 degrees oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the cauliflower florets are golden and cooked.
Remove from the oven.
In a big karai, add the butter and the remaining ingredients.
Cook for a minute or until the sauce is well mixed, then add the baked florets and mix well until everything is well coated.
Serve warm.
