Condensed Milk Halfcake

Condensed Milk Halfcake
2 cups flour
1 can condensed milk
1 tbsp cardamom
A quarter cup water
1 tsp baking powder

In a mixer, add the flour, baking powder, condensed milk, cardamom and mix well.
Next add the water and mix until everything is well mixed and well kneaded.
Cover and let the dough rest for about 2 hours.
Then roll out the dough(not thick and not too thin) and cut it into triangle shapes.
Deep fry the triangles(both sides) until golden in colour.
