Plain Tuna Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta
Chopped coriander
Oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Lemon salt pepper..optional
Tuna can..drain the water away
Ginger/garlic paste

Method:
Cook the pasta according to the packets instruction.
I prefer cooking it al-dente (not too soft and not too hard).
Drain away any excess water from the pasta and keep aside.
In a wok, add some oil and cook the ginger garlic paste, tuna and the remaining spices.
Then add the cooked pasta and mix well.
Let this cook until everything is well cooked and mixed together then add the chopped coriander.
Serve it as it is or to it up with your favourite pasta sauce.
