Sweet Boiled Vermicelli
Ingredients:
Vermicelli
Sugar
Ground cardamom
Water
Some ghee
Method:
In a pan add some water and a few tablespoons of ghee. Then bring the water to a boil.
Add the vermicelli in the boiling water and cook until 70% done.
Then drain away the water, return the boiled vermicelli in a pan and add some sugar and some ghee. Cook until everything is well mixed and cooked.
