Kababu za Nyama
Kababu:
Ingredients:
2 lbs keema (minced meat)
1 tablespoon garlic/ginger paste
Cumin powder
Curry powder
Coriander
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Blended onion
Blended coriander
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and gently knead until everything is mixed well.
Shape the kebabs and refrigerate them for a few hours.
Then deep fry them in medium hot oil until the inside is properly cooked and the outside is crispy and has a nice colour. Be careful not to burn them before the inside is cooked…
Serve them with lemon wedges and chutneys.
