Achari ya Mbirimbi
Ingredients:
Mbirimbi..
If the mbirimbis are big cut them otherwise dry them whole.
Dry the mbirimbi in the sun for a few days until dry.
Carrots
Slice the carrots and dry them in the sun for a few days until they are dry.
Now mix the dry mbirimbi and dry carrots in a container.
Add pickle or achar spices and some vegetable oil.
Serve as a pickle with your favourite food.
