Yoghurt Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
Chicken cut into pieces
Tomato paste
Vegetable oil for cooking the curry
Ground black pepper
Cumin powder
Curry powder
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder
Salt
Paprika
Crushed red chilies
Lemon juice
Yoghurt
Method:
Marinate the chicken with above ingredients except the oil, yoghurt and tomato paste.
In a pan, add the vegetable oil and cook the chicken until crispy coated on the outside.
Next add the yoghurt and tomato paste and continue cooking the chicken.
*You can add water to the curry if needed.
The curry is ready when the chicken is fully cooked and curry is thickened to your perfection.
Serve with rice or breads.
