Soy Sauce Rice

Soy Sauce Rice
Frozen mixed vegetables
Soy sauce
Fried onions
Some ghee or oil

Cook the rice the way you normally cook the rice until 80% done then drain the water away.
In a baking pot, layer half the rice then add soy sauce, frozen vegetables, fried onions, some ghee or oil and cover with the remaining rice.
Bake in the oven until fully cooked.
Then remove from the oven and gently mix the rice.
Serve with with bbq chicken, fish or even meat or vegetable curries.
